Schedule Your Appointment
All vehicles and personal property must be redeemed between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday by appointment only.

Bring Valid Identification
You will need a valid form of identification to redeem your vehicle or personal property.

Bank Release Verification
When redeeming your vehicle, banks may take up to 24 hours to process and provide us with the release.

- •Allow 24 hours for bank processing
- •We will confirm receipt of all required paperwork
Payment of Fees
There may be fees you will have to pay before you redeem your personal property or your vehicle. Fees will be confirmed after your appointment is set.

Personal Property Notice
Your personal property has been inventoried, removed, and securely stored. Personal property is held for 60 days. After the 60-day period, all personal items are destroyed.
